Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any ShadoCode application ("App" or "Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Apps.

2. License Grant

ShadoCode grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Apps solely for your personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

You May:

• Install and use the Apps on devices you own or control
• Use the Apps for personal or business purposes
• Export your data using built-in export features

You May Not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Apps
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Apps
• Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Apps or related systems

3. Account and Registration

Our Apps do not require account registration. All data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device
• Backing up your data if desired (via iOS backups or export features)
• All activity that occurs on your device

4. In-App Purchases

Pro Features

Some Apps offer optional in-app purchases ("Pro" features). These purchases:

• Are one-time purchases (unless otherwise stated)
• Are non-refundable (subject to Apple's refund policy)
• Are processed by Apple, not ShadoCode
• Are tied to your Apple ID and device

Refunds

All purchases are made through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. ShadoCode does not control or process refunds.

Pricing

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. You will always see the price before completing a purchase. Price changes do not affect purchases already made.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• All app data is stored locally on your device
• We do not collect, store, or have access to your data
• You are responsible for backing up your data
• Data may be included in iOS device backups (if enabled)

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Apps in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Apps for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Back up your data regularly (we are not responsible for data loss)
• Keep your device and iOS version up to date for security
• Not attempt to circumvent any security features or limitations

7. Intellectual Property

The Apps, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by ShadoCode and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Apps. Since your data never leaves your device, we have no access to it and make no claims to it.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Apps will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

We strive to provide high-quality, reliable Apps, but we cannot guarantee perfection. Use of the Apps is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHADOCODE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Business interruption
• Data loss or corruption

This applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Updates and Modifications

App Updates

We may release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add features. Updates may be:

• Automatic (through the App Store)
• Required for continued use
• Subject to these Terms

Terms Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting updated Terms on our website
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Providing in-app notice (if significant)

Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or ShadoCode.

You May Terminate By:

• Uninstalling the Apps from your device
• Ceasing to use the Apps

We May Terminate If:

• You violate these Terms
• You use the Apps for unlawful purposes
• Required by law

12. Feedback and Feature Requests

We welcome your feedback! If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feature requests to us:

• We may use them to improve our Apps
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to implement your ideas
• If we implement your feature request, we may grant you promotional Pro access
• We are not obligated to implement any suggestion

13. Third-Party Services

The Apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and are subject to:

• Apple's Terms of Service
• Apple's Privacy Policy
• Apple's In-App Purchase policies

We are not responsible for any third-party services, including Apple's App Store.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ShadoCode operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at Info@shadocode.com to attempt to resolve it informally. We're reasonable people and will work with you to find a solution.

16. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ShadoCode regarding the Apps.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign these Terms to any successor or purchaser of our business.

17. Acknowledgment

BY USING THE APPS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.
