ShadoCode ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains
how our mobile applications handle information. The short version: we don't collect your data.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- App Data: All data you enter into our apps (leads, tasks, notes, etc.) is stored locally on your device using iOS's secure storage mechanisms.
- No Account Required: Our apps do not require user registration, account creation, or sign-in.
- Feedback Messages: When you use the "Message Developer" feature in Pipeline, your message and email (if provided) are stored locally on your device for sending.
Information We Don't Collect
- We do NOT collect usage analytics or behavior tracking data
- We do NOT collect personally identifiable information
- We do NOT collect device identifiers
- We do NOT collect location data
- We do NOT collect contacts or other device data
- We do NOT use cookies, tracking pixels, or similar technologies
Why We Can't See Your Data
Our apps are designed to work entirely offline. All data is stored in your device's local storage.
There are no servers to sync to, no cloud accounts to sign into. This isn't just a privacy feature—it's
fundamental to how our apps work. We literally cannot access your data because we never receive it.
How We Use Information
- All app data is stored locally on your device
- No data is transmitted to external servers
- No data is shared with third parties
- No data is used for analytics or advertising
In-App Purchases
Some of our apps offer optional in-app purchases (such as "Pro" features). These purchases are processed
entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. Apple's
privacy policy governs the purchase process. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was made,
not your payment details.
Data Storage and Security
- Local Storage: All data is stored on your device using iOS's secure storage APIs
- No Cloud Sync: Data is not automatically backed up to cloud services
- iCloud Backup: If you have iCloud backup enabled in iOS settings, your app data may be included in device backups (this is controlled by iOS, not by our apps)
- Data Access: We do not have access to your data
- Encryption: iOS automatically encrypts data on your device when locked
Third-Party Services
Our apps do not integrate with any third-party services, analytics tools, or advertising networks.
The only third-party service involved is Apple's App Store for:
- App distribution
- In-app purchase processing
- App Store reviews and ratings
These services are governed by Apple's privacy policy, available at

Children's Privacy
Our apps do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age. Since we don't
collect any personal information from any users, our apps are safe for all ages. However, they are
designed for professional use and may not be suitable for children.
Data Retention and Deletion
- Your data exists only on your device
- To delete your data, use the "Clear All Data" feature in the app settings (if available)
- Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all local data
- We cannot recover your data once deleted (since we never had it)
Data Export
Apps with export features (like Pipeline's CSV export) allow you to export your data at any time.
This exported data is yours to keep, share, or delete as you choose. Exports are created locally
on your device and are not sent to us.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Your data is stored locally on your device and accessible through the app
- Export: Use the CSV export feature (in apps that support it) to export your data
- Delete: Clear your data through app settings or by deleting the app
- Portability: Export your data in standard formats (CSV) for use in other applications
- Questions: Contact us about our data practices (even though we don't collect data)
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal
requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by:
- Posting the updated policy on our website
- Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
- Including a notice in app updates (if changes are significant)
